Do you sell to the general public? Yes, Rich's Red Brick Market is open to walk-in shoppers 8:00- 5:30pm M-F, 10:00 - 2:00pm Saturday. Do I have to buy a whole case of product? If the product is something that we sell in our regular stock, we offer it in a smaller, convenience pack. Any product that is special ordered for a customer would come by the case. How long does a special order take? Generally, your product will arrive in one week. I had something in a restaurant that they said was from Rich Products. Can I order it from you? Possibly, however Rich Products makes many items for distributors or retailers as a "Private Label" brand. Such Private Label goods are generally not available for sale to the public. Do you deliver? No, products must be picked up at the store. What payment methods do you accept? Cash, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. No personal checks, please. TRUCK LOAD SALES ARE CASH AND CARRY ONLY. What is a truckload sale? A truckload sale is a great opportunity to buy products at deep discount prices. The reason for the discounted price may vary from item to item and case to case: some items are close to the expiration date, some are packaged incorrectly, some are mislabeled, some are discontinued. Truckload sale items are sold by the case only. All items are fine to consume and sold at prices up to 80% off retail. No rainchecks. Cash and carry only! Do you accept food stamps? We do not.
